Bullets with a 4 iron

Even though the temperatures are still above 10 celsius degrees here in London, the days are getting shorter and shorter. Luckily there are plenty of heated practice ranges with floodlights that allow practicing even when it's pitch black outside.

A golf ball looks so cool flying thru the dark sky, like a white bullet! Check out the video, and remember that a small draw is the way to go! ;)

Guitar jamming

The flu got the best of me this weekend...Not much point in practicing golf when you've got fever.

So it's been sleeping, guitar, Youtube and TV for me the last couple of days. I decided to take part in a competition put together by a fantastic artist called Scott McKeon. The assignment was to improvise over a backing track of his song for a chance to win a limited edition of his signature guitar pedal.

I should probably do some golf updates also, but there is only so much that I can tell you about striping 7 irons on the range... so more guitar videos it is! ;) hahah!

Pathfinder

Not much tournament golf out there at the moment. Gonna spend November and December mainly on practicing the parts of the game that I feel need work. Putting and chipping are definitely on top of the list! Also going to keep hitting the gym hard, if I could just shake off this flu that I've had for over a week now... All about getting ready for January's Asian Tour qualifying!

I'd like to show you a little putting aid that I've been using. It's called the Pathfinder, and it does just what the name tells. Simple but extremely effective! I prefer this over the types where you lean the putter against a plane and swing. Very back to basics stuff, but go take a look at a practice green in a tour event; nearly everyone is using something like this to keep their putting strokes intact.
