Got off to a sticky start today. Three putted for a bogey on 4th, and made double bogey on 6th after my second shot hit a tree and took a bad bounce to a water hazard. However, I came back strong by birding 7th, 8th, 10th, and 12th. I was one under going into the last hole, a par 5, but I made a mess of it by four-putting for a double bogey finish. What a waste of important shots after fighting hard the whole day! Just misread the grain and the brake totally on the three and four putt greens.
After all, no harm done even with the miserable finish that I had. Still got three rounds to go and I'm playing well, so should be a problem to improve upon this.
